The MS3.net refer-a-friend promotion (the “Promotion”) is being promoted by MS3 Networks Ltd having its registered office at MS3 Networks Limited, Owen House, Owen Avenue, Priory Park West, Hessle, HU13 9PD (the 'Company'). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the Promotion.
1. Any existing MS3 Networks customer can participate by registering their name and email address at https://www.ms3networks.co.uk/refer-a-friend. Upon registration, you will become a referrer (“Referrer/s”) and will be given a unique web link to share with friends and family who are not already MS3 Networks customers (“Friends”) and who are happy to receive the link from you.
2. Friends must use the link to register their details and make a Qualifying Purchase.
3. After 60 days of a Friend being connected to MS3 Networks following a purchase through the MS3 Networks website, both Referrer and Friend will each receive a link to claim their choice of a £50 Amazon voucher or £50 Just Eat credit or Asda voucher (“Reward”), subject to these Terms & Conditions, delivered by email to the email addresses used to register for the Promotion (the "Offer"). Rewards may be subject to availability and/or reward links may be active only for a limited period. Unless set out otherwise, you must use the reward link to claim a reward within 90 days of the link being sent to you.
4. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
5. Referrers' and Friends' ("Users") personal data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the Promotion. MS3 Networks will comply with all requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
6. MS3 Networks reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and / or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these Terms & Conditions, Users shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
7. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter or Facebook or any other form of social media. By entering this Promotion, Users are providing information to MS3 Networks and not to Twitter or Facebook and agree to release Twitter and Facebook from any liability associated with the Promotion.
8. A “Qualifying Purchase” is the purchase of a new broadband package from MS3.net using the referral link only.
9. Purchases made via third party sellers do not qualify. Purchases that are returned during the Change of Mind period or otherwise disconnected or in arrears do not qualify. Any Friends and / or Referrers suspected of fraud will be disqualified.
